I give you practical tips for staying focused and present in your daily tasks, such as practicing deep breathing and concentrating on one task at a time.

5.  Aligning Your Boundaries with Values

Reflect on what truly matters to you and align your boundaries accordingly. Take personal responsibility and make choices that support your long-term well-being and fulfillment.

Put yourself first, say no, and let go without feeling guilty!
