Mama Whit’s Journey with Jessica

I found Jessica who is my personal trainer through a mutual friend when I was nearing the end of my pregnancy. Once I was cleared to start becoming physically active again after I gave birth, I started my pelvic floor and core repair therapy through her services and support. After I gave birth to my daughter, I wanted to ensure I was taking care of my body and healing correctly.

Then I started moving into weight training at home with Jessica’s virtual help. Read more about my fitness journey here within my blog post about health and wellness. As a bonus, she includes different stretching and mobility exercises for me as well depending on my needs.

I also worked with her to improve my nutrition, learned how to count macros, and learned easy, quick meal recipes. She has so much knowledge in valuable areas we could all use more resources for.

She also trained me for my first 5k race! This photo above was taken after I was done with the race, and I ran a full minute faster per mile than even during training, and I could not have done it without Jessica. It was one of my most proud accomplishments, especially while being less than a year postpartum.

I am still currently training with Jessica, and believe in her services and how much she can help busy mamas! She has saved me so much time, energy, and effort in following efficient workouts. I know she could do the same for you. She is so motivating, understanding, and positive and always makes you feel like you have someone in your corner who is routing for you to succeed!

These personal training progress photos were taken in August 22′ when I was 2 months postpartum and then when I was 11 months postpartum in May 23′. As you can see from my photos, I received amazing and visible results after giving birth in less than 1 year!

About Jessica

Jessica is a NASM-certified personal trainer and PN-1 nutrition coach with a specialization in pre and post-natal fitness. She also completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science while competing collegiately in cross country and track for four years. She is also a mama of 2!
